A one day conference for Health Care Professionals working in the delivery of care of the Older Person

Cost: €50.00  (Thanks to the generous support of the RCSI Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery’s Clinical Bursary Award, we are pleased to offer this conference at the subsidised rate of €50.00 per delegate, making this high quality educational event accessible to a wider audience)

Connecting the Dots is a dynamic one day conference exploring the challenges and opportunities in delivering high quality, person-centred care for older people. Bringing together leading experts and healthcare professionals, the conference will examine contemporary topics including chronic pain management, governance, polypharmacy, patient safety, frailty, and communication. Through inspiring presentations and practical insights, delegates will gain knowledge, share experiences, and leave with evidence informed strategies to enhance care and support excellence across all healthcare settings.
