PCOCI & NOCA in collaboration with the Milford Care Centre Education Department are bringing Simulation to PCOC.
Bring outcome measurement to life in this interactive, practice-focused workshop. Participants will step into a simulated Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) environment to explore how Palliative Care Outcomes Collaboration (PCOC) assessments inform clinical decision-making, care planning, and team communication. Through realistic case scenarios, attendees will develop confidence in identifying patient needs, interpreting PCOC data, and translating assessment findings into meaningful actions that improve care outcomes. Ideal for clinicians seeking to strengthen their understanding of PCOC and its practical application within collaborative palliative care teams.
