Milford Care Centre is not just a Hospice in patient unit, it provides multiple services to our community, we provide Hospice at Home services, we have a Nursing Home, Day Care for both the Older Person and those who are Palliative, Bereavement Support for families, our staff also work in conjunction with other health care professionals in the community.
