Hospice Sunflower Days 

Milford Care Centre is a proud member of Together for Hospice, the national charity representing 26 hospices across Ireland.  Each year, we join forces to take part in Hospice Sunflower Days, a vital fundraising event held every June.  This campaign is one of our most important sources of income and helps us continue to provide compassionate care and support to patience and their families.

Host a Hospice Fun Day at Your School!

Make a big impact while having fun! Hosting a Sunflower Fun Day is a great way for schools to get involved and support their local hospice.

1. 1. Register your school here
      2. Choose the hospice you wish to support and complete the registration form.
      3. We will send your school the Sunflower pack.
      4. You will also receive a downloadable Fun Day pack with everything you need to plan your event.
      5. Pick a date in June, and inform the staff, students and parents.
      6. Return all proceeds by bank transfer, cheque, online—or contact us to arrange a drop-off.
