Thursdays from 1pm to 2pm
To learn about our wellbeing, what causes us stress and how when we use certain practices each day, it supports us to be well.
It helps us find a way back from stressful situation, so we don’t stay in that stress for long periods. Wellness together assists us find ways back to a grounded, more resilient version of self.
